Dear colleagues and friends from Slow Food Germany,
It is with immense sadness that I learn of the passing of Ursula.
I had the chance to work a lot with her especially during my years in our Brussels office and I cherish every moment spent with her discussing on food policies and on the future of our movement.
I learnt a lot form her and she will be enormously missed.
Please accept my deepest condolences and give my condolences to the family.
