Dear colleagues of Slow Food Germany, 

on behalf of all of us colleagues at the international headquarters, we send you a heartfelt message of condolences for the loss of Ursula. 

Those of us who had the luck to get to know her and work with her will miss her so much. We cannot imagine how tough it is for you to part from her. 

No words can fully describe her buoyant energy and brightness, neither can they describe the void she leaves behind. But she left a strong legacy and we are all determined to keep it alive.
